East Rand Funeral Directors has created caring and efficient alternatives for family members overseas who need to make funeral arrangements but are not in the country. Our consultants are always on standby to assist and guide family members through the very tough process of making arrangements for their loved ones.
We accept all reputable funeral policies (There are, however, a few policies that are not cash-back policies, which we are not able to assist with, but we will do our very best to help the family as far as possible). Our administration staff will supply all the required documentation to facilitate the full cash payment of the policy to the beneficiary, regardless of who initially issued the policy.
